Our Mission "
"Master technique and then forget about it and be natural."
- Anna Pavlova, Ballerina

" I absolutely loved this performance. Being a young adult living in a fast-paced world, many times you don’t have the time to have an active imagination with playful colors, sounds, or stories. Carnival of the Animals really did bring those factors out in this performance. I think the most enjoyable part of the performance was not only the dancers but it was the little children in the audience with me. The children were clapping, giggling and trying to figure out what animal was which. The designs of the costumes and backgrounds meshed quite well. They were simple, colorful yet detailed enough to understand what type of animal one was and where it resided at. For instance, the fish in the water. Their costumes seemed to have ridges in it signifying scales and the background was blueish greenish which place them in water. What was interesting for this particular part of the performance like so many other in this production is the choreography brought the characters more to life. With the fish, it was the delicate movement of the arms and legs that gave off the impression that they were playing in the water. ....It was a great show"

Workshop Participant Testimonial
"People Dancing has been a part of my life since I joined Arts in Motion Dance Studio when I was 9. People
Dancing has been an important addition to my dance education, because it has allowed me to grow as a dancer and experience what it?s like to work with professional dancers. I have really enjoyed the many styles of dance and choreography in which I have been able to take part. Christina Sears Etter is a great mentor to me, and someone who I hope to learn more from as I continue in my dance career. Thanks People Dancing, for all your support and inspiration."
